I was talking to my friend about what we like to do.
She said: “Oh I like video games, what about you?
I said: “ I do reading, for some fun!
She said: “ Yuck! I would rather melt in the sun!


And the other day I was trying to read,
But my best friend wont stop bothering me!
I read at home, I read at school, all the books are way too cool!
The library is my favourite place,
I try to go there with more haste.


Whoosh!! The dragon comes down to have a treat,
While the demigods want to eat,
When they see the dragon teeth,
Then they know they’re dead meat!!!


Sherlock Holmes, Nancy Drew,
Hardy boys and the whole mystery crew!


There are different things that you can learn,
Like how to make thin stick burn.


Now I hope you like to read,
And know how to plant a seed!

  Nina, Milli and Ajeet got ready as quickly as possible to get to the bridge first, but as soon as they reached the bridge there was already a huge line of kids. They were  all talking and playing games together while waiting for their turn. Ajeet and the girls joined. The bridge had been there for a long time. The bridge was old and broken, it had a few broken planks here and there and the children were worried that if they were standing on breaks they would fall in the river.
